Carefully read the advantages and limitations you have when purchasing, returning a product or requesting a warranty

GENERAL

1. Max Store Colombia, a fashion store based in Bogotá, a virtual store with the internet address www.maxstorecolombia.com (hereinafter referred to as "the" Site). All orders confirmed through this Website and our deliveries and services are subject only to the version of the following Standard Terms and Conditions in force at the time of the order. Unless we have consented in writing to your request, we do not recognize different terms and conditions. Only consumers can place orders in the virtual store. Distributors or intermediaries are not expressly authorized to make purchases. The goods will be sold only to consumers in quantities and ranges normally purchased by consumers.

TERMS

1. RIGHT TO RETURN THE GOODS

1. No returns of products chosen by mistake of the user are possible. You can only request a return for manufacturing damage within 14 days of receiving the package and you must send it back within 5 working days after the return label has been created and sent to you. Only goods that are not suitable for packaging (e.g. irregularly shaped goods) can also be returned with a written request for return, e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail. This deadline will be met, provided that the goods have been dispatched in time. All risks and costs of return are borne by the customer.

We require that in the European Union and the United States, requests for returns must be made in writing, e.g. by sending a letter, fax or e-mail. Max Store Colombia will arrange transport and with UPS, FEDEX, DHL, CORDINADORA & SERVIENTREGA. to collect the goods directly, unless it is not sent immediately without a return request.

2. Money cannot be refunded until Max Store Colombia has received all items of the customer's order with all labels in the original condition and with the original packaging.

 

2. CONSEQUENCES OF RETURN

1. If the goods are returned correctly, the money will be credited in points and can be used on our platform. If you are unable to return all or part of the services or benefits received (e.g. usage benefits) or if you return them in sub-optimal conditions, you will be asked for compensation for their value. Compensation will only be claimed for deterioration or reimbursement of value acquired during use, provided that the use or deterioration is due to treatment that goes beyond normal inspection of the product and testing of its functioning. You shall not pay any compensation for deterioration resulting from simply checking that the product is functioning in a proper manner. You are only liable to reimburse the value acquired during use if you have used the product in a way that goes beyond the normal inspection of the product and testing of its functioning. The normal inspection of the product and testing of its function is equivalent to the normal inspection of the product that is customary and customary, for example, in a shop.

Payment is due within 10 days. This period begins for you with the return of the goods or with the request for return, and for us with the receipt of the goods.

2. Your credit card will be charged when the goods are dispatched. In case of return of the goods, the card will be credited, however, possible exchange losses in foreign currency will not be reimbursed.

3. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

1. The contract between you and Max Store Colombia will not be formed until we have dispatched the goods you have ordered. You will make a binding offer with us to conclude the contract at the time of transmission of the order entered on our website. We will take over the order as soon as you enter all the requested data during order processing and confirm the order by clicking on the button Confirm order and pay.

Max Store Colombia reserves the right to refuse your order without prior notice.

 

4. IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

1. The goods offered on the site www.plein.com are presented as digital photographs of the actual products. Slight differences between this presentation and the actual appearance of the goods do not constitute a defect in the goods.

2. We would like to draw your attention to products shown on www.plein.com which may no longer be available or may not be available at the time of the customer's visit and whose corresponding price may have changed. The prices offered are shown in Euros, include value added tax, but exclude transport costs.

3. The customer accepts a possible partial shipment by Max Store Colombia when confirming the order.

 

5. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT

1. The goods will be shipped only with UPS. Max Store Colombia assumes responsibility for the transport to the customer.

2. The goods will be ready for transport approximately the day after confirmation of the order. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be transported from the warehouse to the delivery address indicated by the customer. I
